Santo was originally born in Palermo, Sicily, in a little town called Villabate, where it all began. By the age of 10, he was already making pizza & cooking pasta within the family owned business. His long line of business was developed in Brooklyn, Staten Island & Jersey.
We are well known for our delicious pizza & over the years Santo, as a self-taught authentic Italian chef, has developed many of his own recipes. He always makes his bread, sauces & fresh mozzarella everyday along with his homemade soups. The pasta fagioli recipe will have any skeptic hooked with just one bite.
His passion for cooking & having only the freshest, best quality foods is Santo's Trademark. When you see the name you will know what quality is all about; "REAL FOOD MADE RIGHT".
